Job Summary
Diagnose and repair forklifts and material handling equipment, including electric, LPG, diesel, and gas models. Perform planned maintenance, safety inspections, and emergency repairs while troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and electronic systems. Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs and equipment status, then complete service reports and documentation accurately. Maintain service vehicles, tools, and inventory while following all safety policies. Requires 2+ years of experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Flexible hours with overtime opportunities are available.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying environments
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience repairing forklifts or heavy equipment preferred
- Experience working with multiple brands of forklifts preferred
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication and customer service skills
