Field Service Technician

Job Summary
Diagnose and repair forklifts and material handling equipment at customer facilities in the Myrtle Beach area. Perform planned maintenance, safety inspections, and emergency repairs. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and electronic systems. Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs, recommendations, and equipment status. Complete service reports and documentation accurately and on time. Maintain service vehicle, tools, and inventory in a professional manner. Follow all safety policies and procedures. This role requires 3+ years of experience, the ability to work independently in the field, and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience repairing forklifts or heavy equipment
- Experience working with multiple brands of forklifts preferred
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying environments
