Job Summary
Field Service Technician travels to customer sites to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on forklifts, aerial lifts, and other material handling equipment. Works independently interacting directly with customers, communicates effectively to provide a positive service experience, uses tablets and laptops for diagnostics and documentation, and follows safety procedures in the field. Requires strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, understanding of hydraulic systems, ability to work independently with scheduling, and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Company-provided vehicle and equipment, plus substantial hands-on training and benefits, are offered.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Must be able to pass pre-employment background check, drug screen, and physical
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability
- Understanding of hydraulic systems and their components
- Experience working on forklifts or heavy equipment is a plus
