Job Summary
Field Service Technician responsible for routine and scheduled maintenance across multiple single-family properties in Palm Bay, FL, including turn/make-ready repairs. Tasks include diagnosing and repairing HVAC and water systems, painting interiors/exteriors, plumbing maintenance, pressure washing, installing mailboxes, electrical maintenance (lights, detectors, fixtures, fans), conducting move-out, drive-by, and semiannual inspections, maintaining maintenance records, ordering parts, and performing general cleaning duties. Requires strong customer service, effective communication with community team members, computer proficiency to complete work orders, and ability to travel/perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 85 lbs and operating small machinery.
