Job Summary
Inspect, service, repair, and maintain vehicle fire suppression systems and Fire & Life Safety equipment at customer sites across Sudbury. Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues using hand and power tools while working with systems from Ansul, Kidde, Fogmaker, and Amerex. Complete inspections, service reports, and required safety documentation, and maintain your service vehicle, tools, and inventory. Provide basic customer training and support while representing Levitt-Safety professionally. This full-time mobile role includes paid training, a company vehicle, and tools, with a competitive hourly rate of $28-32.
Required Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude
- Hands-on experience with vehicles, equipment, machinery or similar systems
- Experience with mechanical or electrical systems
- Experience with hand/power tools
- Valid driver's licence
- Satisfactory driver's abstract
- Ability to pass required background screening
- Ability to pass drug & alcohol screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work around large equipment
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to work in confined or restricted spaces
