Job Summary
Field Service Technician responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing commercial kitchen and refrigeration equipment at customer locations, performing preventative maintenance inspections, and responding to emergency service calls. Roles include maintaining the service vehicle, ordering parts, completing required paperwork, and participating in training sessions. Strong customer communication and mechanical/electrical skills are essential, with an emphasis on on-time, professional service and on-call rotation. The position is located in Knoxville, TN and requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience cooking, refrigeration, or HVAC equipment service (or related military) experience
- Strong electrical, electronic, and mechanical skills
- Extremely strong customer communication skills
- 100% dedication to working hard, being on time, and staying organized
- Maintain a good personal appearance
- Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen is required.
- Valid Driver’s license and driving record that aligns with our safety standards.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
