Field Service Technician, Experienced

Perform corrective service and preventative maintenance on automated access doors and equipment, including installations as needed. Communicate with sales and service management regarding customer needs and opportunities while maintaining accurate project and service data through diligent documentation. Work primarily on service calls with a valid driver's license and the physical ability to lift 50 pounds, standing, crawling, and working overhead. This role supports dormakaba's mission to enable seamless movement within secure places for schools, banks, airports, and hospitals.
