Job Summary
Diagnose and repair electromechanical equipment issues while installing, updating, and removing assigned units. Build strong relationships with customers and provide informal training to enhance machine performance. Complete accurate reporting on all service activities and collaborate with internal teams for seamless delivery. Travel extensively within a geographical territory, including occasional overnight stays and weekend work. Maintain a valid driver's license with a clean record and handle physical demands such as lifting up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
