Job Summary
Diagnose and repair electromechanical equipment failures on-site while performing preventive maintenance and emergency service calls. Travel daily within your assigned territory using a company vehicle to install, remove equipment, and implement engineering updates. Train customers on proper equipment operation, manage parts inventory, and complete accurate daily time and expense reporting. This hands-on role requires independent problem-solving, lifting up to 50 lbs, and flexibility for weekend or overtime support. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with a good motor vehicle record
- Willingness to travel daily and occasionally work extended hours
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfort working in customer-facing environments
Desired Qualifications
- Technical school training
- 1–3 years of experience working with electromechanical equipment, machinery, or mechanical systems
- Experience using tools and diagnosing mechanical or electrical issues
- Basic computer skills for reporting and mobile device usage
