Job Summary
Install, service, and repair gas, diesel, HVAC, and lighting systems at customer sites across Oklahoma, Kansas, and Texas. Conduct preventative maintenance and diagnostics in shop and field settings while reading electrical schematics and hydraulic diagrams. Maintain accurate service records using digital tools and deliver professional customer support, including operator training. Participate in on-call rotations to respond to urgent service needs in harsh weather or remote locations. Uphold strict safety standards throughout all travel and job site operations.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a field technician in oilfield, construction, or heavy industrial settings
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair gas, diesel, HVAC, hydraulic, and lighting systems
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, with hands-on experience across a diverse fleet of rental equipment
- Comfortable working in harsh weather, remote job sites, and physically demanding environments
- Ability to read technical documentation, schematics, and apply diagnostic tools
- Excellent communication and customer service skills-you can clearly explain technical issues and build trust with customers
- Experience with travel-intensive roles, including overnight stays and on-call schedules
- Clean driving record (MVR will be reviewed)
- A pre-employment drug screening that tests for THC and other drugs
- Full background check
