Job Summary
Perform hands-on troubleshooting and break/fix for desktops, laptops, docks, monitors, printers, and peripherals onsite in Lemont, IL. Support walk-up and field requests while coordinating with the service desk for ticket ownership and user updates. Execute device lifecycle tasks including provisioning, swaps, configuration, and retirement following asset procedures. Maintain toolkits and standard repair tools; support AV installation requests as needed. Comply with safety and site policies by completing required JHQ and training prior to performing work. Requires minimum of 2 years related experience and Associate's degree or equivalent. Hourly pay range $31.96 - $33.21. May require more than 40 hours per week and frequent local travel.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience
- Associate's degree and technical training preferred; equivalent experience accepted
- ServiceNow/Freshworks
- Windows/macOS
- Microsoft 365
- hardware diagnostics
- SCCM/Intune/Jamf
- Apple support tooling (as applicable)
- basic scripting
- Possess the ability to fulfill any and all office activities normally expected in an office setting
- remaining seated for periods of time to perform computer entry
- participating in filing activity
- lifting and carrying office supplies
- occasionally lift and/or move up to fifteen (15) pounds
- May require more than 40 hours per week to perform the essential duties of the position
- Fine hand manipulation (keyboarding)
- Frequent local travel
