Field Service Technician/Dispenser - Concrete Admixtures (Eastern WI)

Assemble, install, calibrate, and maintain dispenser equipment, including electrical and mechanical components. Perform preventive and emergency repairs to ensure uptime, assist customers with proper use, and maintain service logs and inventory. Partner with sales representatives to build customer relationships, call in delivery orders, and respond to requests, noting that overnight travel may be required. Plan and schedule service work while executing administrative duties like equipment ordering and compliance documentation. Follow all safety regulations and company policies. This role supports the Concrete and Cement Admixtures Team at MAPEI Corporation in Eastern WI.
