Job Summary
Installs, debugs and provides technical maintenance for product and component hardware and software, mainly on customer premises. Performs inspections, cleaning and minor repairs within an assigned territory, and resolves issues or escalates per established procedures. Schedules services, completes required paperwork, and works with customers to ensure satisfaction with service delivery and understanding of product functionality. Territory includes the Los Angeles area (North/West of Monterey Park/Alhambra CA) including Montrose, Duarte, and Downey, CA.
