Field Service Technician

Install, debug, and provide technical maintenance for product and component hardware and software on customer premises. Perform scheduled inspections, cleaning, minor repairs, and product resolution within an assigned territory. Inspect products for correct operation, resolve issues, and escalate according to established procedure. Schedule services, complete required paperwork, and work with customers to ensure satisfaction and understanding of product functionality.
