Job Summary
Field Service Technician to install, service, and repair Culligan water treatment equipment in homes and/or businesses. Responsibilities include diagnostics and analysis to troubleshoot and repair equipment, installing/upgrading/maintaining equipment, completing task paperwork accurately, assisting with delivery and installation, maintaining company vehicles/tools/equipment, and maintaining positive customer relations while adhering to safety and Culligan policies. Requires effective communication and the ability to lift 50–75 lbs; plumbing experience and a high school diploma or GED are preferred. The role focuses on providing quality service for water softeners, drinking water systems, and whole-house filtration solutions with opportunities for training and career advancement.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Plumbing experience is highly preferred
- Minimum two years of installation and maintenance experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- May require lifting/moving equipment from 50-75 lbs
