Job Summary
Field Service Technician at Culligan Water responsible for installation, service, and repair of Culligan water treatment equipment in homes and/or businesses. Performs diagnostics and analysis to troubleshoot and repair equipment, installs/upgrades/maintains equipment, and completes paperwork related to tasks accurately and timely. Assists other employees with delivery and installation of products, maintains company vehicles/tools/equipment, and communicates positively with customers while adhering to safety and Culligan policies. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, plumbing experience highly preferred, and prior installation/maintenance experience preferred; lifting/moving equipment 50-75 lbs may be required; strong communication skills are essential.
