Job Summary
Field Service Technician responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing Crown and other lift trucks, performing planned maintenance, maintaining service van and inventory, and processing post-job paperwork. Requires less than 2 years related experience and a high school diploma or equivalent; must have a valid driver’s license and safe lift truck operation. Preferred skills include mechanical/electrical aptitude, knowledge of hydraulics and engines, ability to read electrical/hydraulic schematics, strong communication and customer-care, and familiarity with service manuals and testing equipment.
