Field Service Technician

Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair lift trucks; perform all assigned planned maintenance on customer lift trucks; maintain a service van and its inventory; process paperwork after completion of each job. Minimum qualifications include less than 2 years related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver's license with the ability to safely operate lift trucks. Preferred qualifications include strong mechanical and electrical aptitudes, knowledge of hydraulics and internal combustion engines, ability to read electrical/hydraulic schematics, good written/verbal communication and customer care skills; technical degree, prior lift truck repair, welding experience, and familiarity with testing equipment; and proficiency with common hand tools, electrical/air tools, torch, arc welder, and various testing equipment; industry-related training and ability to read and understand service manuals.
