Field Service Technician

Job Summary
Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair Crown and all other makes of lift trucks. Perform all assigned planned maintenance on customer lift trucks. Maintain a service van and its inventory. Process paperwork after completion of each job. Requires High school diploma or equivalent, less than 2 years related experience, valid driver’s license, and ability to safely operate lift trucks. Preferred: knowledge of electrical/electronic systems, hydraulics, internal combustion engines, and ability to read electrical/hydraulic schematics; strong written/verbal communication and customer care skills. Technical degree, welding experience, and familiarity with testing equipment are a plus. Ability to read and understand service manuals and follow through. Work authorization: United States; no sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
