Field Service Technician

Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair Crown and other makes of lift trucks. Perform all assigned planned maintenance on customer lift trucks. Maintain a service van and its inventory. Process paperwork after completion of each job. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license with a good driving record, plus the ability to safely operate lift trucks. Preferred qualifications include strong mechanical and electrical aptitudes, knowledge of electrical/electronic systems and hydraulics and internal combustion engines, ability to read electrical/hydraulic schematics, good written/verbal communication and customer care skills, and experience with tools, testing equipment, and service manuals. Work is primarily on-site in a field-service context with regular hours and potential overtime; the role emphasizes hands-on repair and customer-facing service.,
