Field Service Technician- Construction Labor (72270)

Field Service Technician with a focus on construction-site cleaning and maintenance across the Phoenix metropolitan area. Responsibilities include post-construction cleaning of commercial buildings (sweeping, scrubbing, debris removal), interior and exterior window cleaning with professional tools, operating pressure washing equipment for façades and exteriors, and performing floor care (carpet, concrete, tile, vinyl). Completes specialty cleaning tasks as directed by Lead Technician or Operations Supervisor and travels between job sites in company vehicles. Adheres to site-specific safety protocols, OSHA standards, and PPE requirements; maintains and inspects tools/equipment and reports malfunctions. Documents daily timekeeping and incident/near-miss reports. Works as part of a crew-based team and communicates task progress and site conditions with the Lead Technician.
