Job Summary
Prioritize and schedule service calls, equipment installations, removals, and preventive maintenance. Drive a company vehicle to customer locations to perform on-site tasks, installing and removing brewing and serving equipment while diagnosing issues and repairing defective parts. Manage parts inventory, initiate purchase orders, and properly document all work using a handheld device. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and safely handle defective parts in compliance with company procedures. Collaborate with sales representatives and customers to confirm equipment placement and service needs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Passing score on aptitude test
- 3 years of experience in HVAC, electrical, appliance repair, or similar mechanical field
- Familiarity with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- CDL
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must successfully complete a pre-employment physical
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency with handheld computer devices
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook)
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA
