Field Service Technician-Commercial Roofing

Job Summary
Liaise with the commercial contracting community and perform quality assurance inspections of ongoing and completed commercial roofing jobs. Conduct theory and hands-on training for Registered Contractors; produce written QA reports; educate on product applications and promotion with distribution networks; investigate warranty claims; attend association events and internal trainings; adhere to Health and Safety and vehicle policies; travel within a defined territory (Tennessee to Kansas City, MO) with flexible hours as needed; strong written/verbal communication and proficiency with MS Office; maintain customer relationships and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced roofing environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years direct hands-on experience in commercial roofing
- exposure to installation methods for TPO roofing and other related products
- read technical roofing documentation/specifications
- valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within designated territory
