Job Summary

Field Service Technician travels to restaurant locations to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial kitchen equipment—including hot-side appliances and refrigeration units. Operates a company vehicle safely, delivers prompt and reliable service, and minimizes downtime. Provides exceptional customer support, communicates clearly with kitchen and management staff, and works independently with little supervision. CFESA training encouraged; EPA certification required for refrigeration techs; >1 year of commercial kitchen maintenance experience preferred; must have a valid driver’s license; background check and drug screen required. Equipment provided includes company vehicle, tools, Apple tablet, and uniforms. Opportunity for overtime and holiday pay potential.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of commercial kitchen maintenance experience
  • EPA Certification Required for Refrigeration Techs
  • Valid Driver’s License and Driving Record that meets safety standards
  • Completion of background check and drug screen
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
  • iPad Use & Familiarity
