Job Summary
Diagnose, repair, and maintain forklifts and material handling equipment at customer sites, focusing on hydraulic systems, electrical troubleshooting, diesel and gas engines, and preventative maintenance. Perform tune-ups, overhauls, and safety inspections while working independently in the field under varying environmental conditions. This 90–120 day SkillBridge internship converts to full-time employment at LiftOne, a fourth-generation family-owned dealer under the Weisiger Group, offering comprehensive factory and OEM training.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enlisted in the U.S. military and eligible for DoD SkillBridge
- Able to complete a 90–120 day SkillBridge internship
- Hands-on background in mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical systems
- Valid driver's license with clean MVR
- Able to work independently in the field
- Lifting up to 50 lbs
