Job Summary
Install, train, and repair COATS tire and wheel service equipment; become a specialist through a four-week training program, lead customer training sessions, and perform installations to enhance customer operations. The role includes two-week Nashville training followed by two weeks of hands-on field training alongside an experienced technician to ensure success. Requires mechanical/electrical installation or repair experience, solid electrical system knowledge, strong customer service, safety-first mindset, valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and daily driving in the assigned territory. Compensation includes a base pay of $20/hour with productivity-based incentives, and a total compensation range of $20-$36/hour depending on performance. Benefits include 401K with match, PTO, health coverage, and a company vehicle with tools and equipment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma (technical degree a plus)
- 1-2 years in mechanical/electrical installation or repair
- Proficient in electrical systems
- Comfortable with tech
- Strong customer service skills
- Safety-first attitude
- Clean driving record with a legal state driving license
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Able to drive daily in assigned territory
- Comfortable driving as part of daily responsibilities
