Job Summary
Conduct installations, train clients on equipment usage, and perform repairs for Coats, BaseLine, and Ammco tire and wheel service machinery. Lead training sessions to boost customer confidence while collaborating with professionals across the automotive service industry. Navigate assigned territories daily driving a company-owned vehicle, lifting up to 50 lbs, and escalating unsafe conditions. Complete a two-week field training program followed by immersive Nashville-based instruction before full deployment. Earn base pay of $20.00 per hour plus productivity-based incentives, with total compensation ranging up to $36.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 1-2 years in mechanical/electrical installation or repair
- Proficient in electrical systems
- Comfortable with tech
- Strong customer service skills
- Safety-first attitude
- Clean driving record
- Legal state driving license
- Able to lift, carry, and push/pull up to 50 lbs
- Able to perform tasks involving stooping, kneeling, and bending
- Able to drive daily in assigned territory
