Job Summary
Conduct installations, guide clients on equipment usage, and perform repairs for Coats®, BaseLine™, and Ammco® tire and wheel service machinery. Lead training sessions to boost customer confidence while collaborating across the tire and wheel service industry. Complete two weeks of hands-on field training followed by immersive technical instruction in Nashville. Drive daily in assigned territory, maintaining a clean driving record and escalating unsafe conditions immediately. Lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs while performing tasks involving stooping, kneeling, and bending. Earn base pay of $20.00 per hour with productivity-based incentives totaling $20.00 to $36.00 per hour. Receive a company-owned vehicle, full toolkit, fuel card, and access to medical, dental, and vision coverage starting day one.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 1-2 years in mechanical/electrical installation or repair
- Proficient in electrical systems
- Comfortable with tech
- Strong customer service skills
- Safety-first attitude
- Clean driving record
- Legal state driving license
- Able to lift, carry, and push/pull up to 50 lbs
- Able to perform tasks involving stooping, kneeling, and bending
- Able to drive daily in assigned territory
- Comfortable driving as part of daily responsibilities
