Field Service Technician - Casual

Job Summary
Install and maintain SiSU Health Stations across retail pharmacies and client locations; support corporate activations, including setup and pack-down of equipment; diagnose hardware/software issues on-site; complete installation, maintenance and incident reports; act as the face of SiSU Health on-site, liaising with clients during visits and providing updates; escalate issues to internal teams; manage inventory and toolkit registers; coordinate transport, delivery, returns and parts logistics; assist with warehouse/office operations; support manufacturing of Health Stations to quality standards; travel across metro, regional and interstate areas; strong troubleshooting, hands-on hardware/tools experience, and excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills; valid driver’s licence required.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a field service, technician or similar role
- A valid driver’s licence
