FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Job Summary
Provide expert-level diagnosis, troubleshooting and repair of heavy construction equipment at customer job sites; service, diagnose and repair/rebuild engines and components regardless of model/maker, including electrical systems, computers and monitors; disassemble, inspect, and determine parts needed; reassemble to factory specifications; prepare parts requisitions, accurate service reports, and other necessary forms; communicate with customers to answer repair-related questions; maintain a clean and safe work environment; interpret maintenance and service manuals/bulletins; willingness to work any shift and overtime as required; demonstrated ability to learn and apply new knowledge; strong technical aptitude and documentation skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of four years’ experience repairing heavy construction equipment preferred.
