Job Summary
Perform carbon exchanges at customer sites and conduct minor maintenance on Calgon Carbon equipment. Accurately complete project reports, expense reports, and time sheets. Obtain DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate, Class A driver's license, OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER certification, and TWIC within three months of hire. Work full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some weekend work required. This intermediate role supports CCC's customer support and service value proposition, focusing on activated carbon product implementation and equipment service.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate (Candidate must successfully obtain during the pre-employment physical)
- Driver's License (Class A preferrable)
- OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER (Candidate must be successfully completed within 3-months of hire date)
- TWIC - Transportation Work Identification Credential (Candidate must successfully obtain within 3-months of hire date)
- 0-2 years' experience in a mechanical or hands-on industry
Desired Qualifications
- Automotive engine maintenance and repair
- Industrial Vacuum Operation experience
