Field Service Technician

Test and modify operational machinery, circuits, and components while diagnosing, adjusting, and repairing port equipment such as Ship-to-Shore Cranes, Rubber-Tired Gantry Cranes, and Rail-Mounted Gantry Cranes. Provide on-site support for planned and emergency repairs, operating machinery for inspection, diagnostics, and troubleshooting. Overhaul and test machines for operating efficiency and safety, replacing damaged parts with OEM spares. Maintain company tools and equipment through routine cleaning, lubrication, and inspection. Keep detailed records of activities and report equipment status to line management. Read and interpret manuals, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure compliance with specifications and health and safety legislation. Mentor and train other team members when required while supporting administrative tasks as needed.
