Required Qualifications
- Industrial & commercial HVAC experience
- Enjoy working with customers in the field
- Ability to provide on-site customer support
- Ability to complete required service reports
- Ability to communicate/coordinate field service activities
- Ability to provide telephone technical support to customers
- Ability to promote service contracts
- Ability to understand customers' requirements
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in air conditioner repair
- EPA certification for refrigerant recovery
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Experience using electrical meters and troubleshooting
- Experience in repairing industrial recirculating chillers
- Working knowledge with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
