Job Summary
Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain advanced electromechanical systems and power generation equipment; support startup, commissioning, testing, and field deployment activities; analyze electrical and mechanical issues using schematics, wiring diagrams, technical drawings, and diagnostic equipment; perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities; assist customers and internal teams with technical problem resolution; maintain detailed service reports, maintenance records, and documentation; order and manage repair parts as needed; maintain tools, test equipment, and calibration requirements; support continuous improvement initiatives and provide feedback on product performance; adhere to safety, quality, and environmental standards; maintain a professional, customer-focused approach at customer sites; assist engineers and technical teams during product evaluations, commissioning activities, and field investigations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing electromechanical systems.
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
- Experience using diagnostic tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other electrical testing equipment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic computer systems.
- Ability to travel extensively as required.
