Job Summary
Field Service Technician responsible for maintenance and electrical/mechanical repairs on critical equipment (generators, UPS systems) with extensive travel and on-call duties. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance, inspect control panels, diagnose issues with field data, and supervise contractors during annual maintenance. Provide first-class on-site customer service, communicate equipment status, and maintain 24/7 short-notice availability with travel ~70% within the US region and occasional international travel (Mexico, Canada, South America). Pay range $44-$60/hour plus OT, per diem, benefits, and bonuses.
