Job Summary
Maintain and repair diesel engines, HVAC systems, and air quality equipment; troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on rental and customer equipment; complete service documentation accurately and timely; travel occasionally to customer sites to support equipment service needs; demonstrate equipment operation and functionality to customers; assist with equipment and parts pickup/delivery as needed; provide high-quality customer service in all interactions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2+ years of experience maintaining or repairing diesel engines and/or HVAC equipment
- Intermediate diagnostic and repair skills across mechanical, hydraulic, diesel, and pneumatic systems
- Basic ability to read and interpret schematics and diagrams
- Own tools relevant to the position
- Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs. regularly
- Willingness to work in a safety-sensitive environment
