Job Summary
Field Service Technician responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on UPS systems, generators, and industrial HVAC components for critical-application equipment. Works with limited supervision, travels extensively (roughly 70% within the US with some international trips to Mexico, Canada, and South America), and may supervise outside contractors and diesel technicians during annual maintenance. Requires strong mechanical and electrical repair skills, ability to log data and complete field service reports, provide first-class on-site customer service, and maintain 24/7 availability for critical equipment. On-call and travel-intensive role with potential overtime and travel logistics handled via company-provided resources.
