Job Summary
On-site installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of advanced video surveillance systems at client properties nationwide; tasks include installing/configuring CCTV cameras and DVRs, running low-voltage cabling, testing system functionality, and maintaining documentation. Requires experience with IP/analog CCTV, networking basics, PC troubleshooting, and strong customer service. Physically able to lift up to 90 pounds, climb ladders, and work in fast-paced environments; must have a valid driver's license and be able to coordinate with in-house teams.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in low-voltage/structured cabling installation or service
- Proven knowledge of CCTV equipment (IP & analog) and networking components
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP addressing, routing, Wi-Fi)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
