Job Summary
Install and repair automatic pool cover systems in residential homes while troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues. Perform routine maintenance, follow work orders accurately, and complete service documentation. Provide professional customer service, recommend upgrades, and maintain company vehicles and tools. Assist with training newer team members as needed. This full-time, year-round role includes paid hands-on training, a company vehicle, and all tools provided. Valid driver's license and mechanical aptitude are required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor environments
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Willingness to learn and participate in hands-on training
- Ability to travel locally to customer job sites daily
Desired Qualifications
- Construction, electrical, mechanical, or service experience
- High school diploma or GED
