Field Service Technician

Field Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair automatic pool cover systems at residential homes; perform service operations according to work orders and service requests; verify job-site measurements prior to installations; diagnose mechanical or electrical issues; perform preventative maintenance; provide professional customer service during client interactions; recommend system upgrades or additional repairs to improve safety and performance; complete service documentation; communicate follow-up service needs; assist with training and supervising field service helpers; ensure service vehicles are stocked with required parts and tools; maintain cleanliness and organization of service vehicles and work areas; follow safety policies; perform other duties as assigned; on-the-job training offered for candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and experience with tools.
