Job Summary
Manage territory, inventory, and customer relationships while maintaining high satisfaction levels. Travel to client sites within the North Jersey field area to repair and maintain office equipment, including copiers, printers, and fax machines. Perform full range of on-site maintenance and repairs involving technical diagnostics, break/fix services, installation, removal, and customer call assistance. Follow proper call handling procedures to meet minimum daily call averages and manage client expectations and resolutions. Maintain effective relationships with customers and fellow employees while adhering to company policies. Requires a valid driver's license and vehicle, with a high school diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Industry related experience and/or training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2 years preferred
- Working knowledge of computer systems such as Microsoft, Apple and basic network connectivity, print drivers
- Electrical/mechanical aptitude
- Ability to use appropriate technology for the position (i.e. handheld computer, phone, laptop)
- Excellent daily time management skills
- Capability of prioritizing activities
- Excellent customer service skills
- Driver's License
- Vehicle
