Job Summary
Manage territory, inventory, and customer relationships while providing quality service calls for office equipment. Travel to client sites within an assigned geographic area to repair and maintain copiers, printers, and fax machines. Perform full range of on-site maintenance and repairs including technical diagnostics, break/fix, installation, removal, and customer call assistance. Follow proper call handling procedures to maintain a minimum call per day average and manage client expectations. Maintain effective relationships with customers and fellow employees while adhering to company policies. Requires a driver's license and vehicle.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years preferred
- Working knowledge of computer systems such as Microsoft, Apple and basic network connectivity, print drivers
- Must possess electrical/mechanical aptitude
- Ability to use appropriate technology for the position (i.e. handheld computer, phone, laptop)
- Must have excellent daily time management skills and be capable of prioritizing activities
- Excellent customer service skills
- Driver's License / Vehicle (Required)

- Copier/Mechanical: 2 years preferred
