Field Service Technician - Atlanta, GA

Perform scheduled and remedial service on UPS, power distribution units, and battery systems for small to medium clients in retail, financial, and municipal markets. Render on-site and phone assistance while implementing field change notices and maintaining inventory through cycle counts. Complete accurate administrative tasks including time cards, expense reports, and service documentation to ensure timely closure of service requests. Provide estimated arrival times and strive for a first-time fix on all equipment assignments. Adhere to the 14-hour rule, wear appropriate PPE, and maintain company vehicle and property in accordance with local laws and safety guidelines. Travel is required with flexible schedules including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
