Job Summary
Field Service Technician at Enphase Energy for a 6-month temporary assignment in Atlanta, GA. The role involves on-site servicing of Enphase PV and storage systems within the assigned territory, travel up to 50% (including out-of-state trips), coordinating site visits with homeowners, performing diagnostics and testing, installations (conduit, piping, wiring), safety compliance (OSHA), maintaining documentation and BOMs, updating Enlighten monitoring, mentoring teammates, and working with limited supervision to deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of electrical installation and service experience
- Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record; must be insurable
- Proficiency with computers; working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to read and interpret plan sets
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Knowledge of safety and security procedures
- Ability to follow instructions and respond to feedback
- Sound judgment and decision-making skills
- Flexible and adaptable; able to manage change and delays
- Willingness to learn and apply tools/techniques related to electrical work
- Positive team player; able to work in a collaborative environment
- Ability to work outside regular hours as needed
- Commercial or residential electrical license
- NABCEP certification
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 60 pounds; rooftop work; outdoor environments; electrical hazards
