Job Summary
Provide installation, start-up, repairs, and training of new metal roll forming systems to clients worldwide. Conduct routine equipment servicing, inspect and troubleshoot failures, and repair machinery by replacing faulty parts. Speak with customers to determine service needs and provide technical training on installations. Complete job reports and deliver preventive maintenance. Requires valid driver's license and passport for international travel, with a changing schedule based on global projects. Located in the Spokane area.
Required Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a field service technician working with hydraulics, pneumatics and industrial controls
- Ability to travel and work according to a changing schedule
- Excellent time management skills
- Mechanical and electrical skills including hydraulics, pneumatics and industrial controls
- Ability to problem-solve
- Good communication and training skills
- Physically fit and able to work with heavy equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to secure a passport for international travel
- Willingness to travel
- Good customer relations
- Must be located in Spokane area
