Job Summary
Field Service Technician responsible for on-site repair and maintenance at customer locations with ~50% travel. Duties include installation, servicing, and repair of equipment at customer sites, troubleshooting reported product failures, identifying corrective actions, maintaining tools and supplies, preparing clear reports, and engaging in meetings/trainings. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, mechanical repair aptitude, knowledge of AROW Global windows/driver protection systems, proficiency with Microsoft Excel, strong communication/analytical skills, ability to work under pressure, ability to follow instructions, willingness for frequent overnight travel, valid driver's license and US passport (or ability to obtain), and self-motivation to implement change. Travel and scheduling flexibility, including overnight/weekend work, are expected.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Mechanical repair experience and aptitude
- Product knowledge of AROW Global windows and driver protection systems
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, notably Excel
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Capacity to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow instructions and illustrations
- Willingness to travel overnight frequently and spontaneously; flexibility to work any hours of the day, including overnight
- Valid driver license and U.S. passport(or ability to obtain upon hire)required
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to implement change
