Job Summary
Conduct on-site installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of waterworks, plumbing, HVAC, and industrial equipment while ensuring factory warranty activation and handling warranty claims. Execute service work as quoted by the VP of Service and Parts or Sales Engineers, traveling to customer sites daily based on a structured schedule. Provide driver duties as needed and maintain strong customer relationships in the field, with the role focused primarily on outside work rather than office presence.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of relevant experience
- Strong technical and communication skills
- The ability to travel
- The ability to lift & work in varied environments
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid state issued license
