Job Summary
Field Service Technician for Amano McGann responsible for technical service of automated parking systems, installation and customer training, on-call after-hours and weekend emergency service, and collaboration with sales and project teams. Must follow OSHA safety practices, complete PCI checklists when applicable, generate and close service tickets, maintain company fleet vehicles, assist with system setup and installation, and be able to work outdoors in varying conditions. Role requires valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 100 lbs periodically, and proficiency with hand/power tools. Local work in Totowa, NJ with on-site duties and potential overtime.
