Field Service Technician (all genders)

Job Summary
Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and debug electro-mechanical equipment while installing and commissioning state-of-the-art vision inspection systems across the United States and internationally. Provide customer support for both installed systems and new installations, including training clients worldwide and coordinating activities to ensure continued customer satisfaction. This full-time role requires 75% travel domestically and internationally, a current driver's license, and a passport. Candidates need 1-5 years of field service experience with electro-mechanical equipment and strong customer relations skills. Spanish language skills are a plus. Required Qualifications
- Technical education or equivalent work experience
- 1-5 years field service experience with electro-mechanical equipment
- Strong customer relations skills and experience working in a service environment
- Proven self-starter who can work independently
- Willing and able to travel approximately 75% of the time (domestic and international)
- Current driver's license and passport
