Job Summary
Field Service Technician in the Southern Georgia region sought to install and service Parabit's access control system (SkimGard) and analog/IP CCTV surveillance. The candidate must have 3-5 years of experience installing and servicing ATM lobby card access control systems and door hardware, plus experience with data cable terminations, power tools, and ladder work. Responsibilities include completing forms and reports, communicating with dispatch, providing on-call remote and on-site support, maintaining vehicle inventory, and ensuring efficient service/installation with minimal re-visits. Requires valid driver’s license and clean credit status, on-call availability, and proficiency in Excel, Word, and Email; locksmith experience is a plus. Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience with Installation and Service of ATM Lobby Card Access Control Systems
- 3-5 years experience with Door Lock/Exit Hardware
- 3-5 years experience with Analog and IP CCTV Surveillance Systems
- Cable Pulls to Local and National Electrical Codes
- 3-5 years experience with Operation of power tools (Drills, Sawzall, Jig and Chop Saws, Grinders, etc.)
- 3-5 years experience with Cable Terminations: Data Cat5 Ethernet, Telco RJ11, Punch Down 66/110 Blocks, Coax and B-Nut
- Driver's license in good standing
- Credit Report in good standing (no judgments, liens or credit in collection)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends or holidays
- Working knowledge of Excel, Word and Email
- Locksmith experience a plus
- Capable of working on a ladder
- Trade School or equivalent
